Charlton vs Palace always crtaees an incredible atmosphere! So much historyband hostility between theclubs, particularly ever since Charlton were forced to ground share with Palace at Selhurst Park during the 80 s. Imagine Liverpool having to share with Man United!

Only Inter Milan (0.15) and Spurs (0.18) came iin for me, giving me a finishing total of £0.83. Did win £39.70 on another bet though off a £1 stake, so the day, as a whole, went well.

No problem and thank you. As I kind of said, the picture made the rest of the story fall into place. Often, I have phrases and ideas stuck in my head that I feel might make a story, but often they just stay written in my notepad, so seeing the photograph was fortuitous. I have to admit, I think I went into a bit of a metaphor overdrive though…
